Clement’s company ClemNet works with businesses, and federal, state, and local governments. ClemNet specializes in operational technology (OT) networks cybersecurity and services. This is the infrastructure that secures our nation's IOT and energy grid. Clement is a thought leader in automated information systems and knowledge management.
His company ClemNet offers operational technology networks built to eliminate global threats.
The mission is to help Engineers deliver high-availability networks. His products-hosted
management layer turns operational applications, machines, and their users into a controlled OT network. This enables management and access control to operational systems from a single point.
Clement served 24 years on active duty in the Marine Corps as a field artillery operation chief.
He retired at the rank of E8 Master Sergeant. As a Marine Clement was instrumental in the
development of automated fire support targeting, networks, and fire support system
development. Clement was a fire support systems instructor for the 1 st Marine Expeditionary
Force (IMEF). He remains the only artilleryman to attend the Joint Automated Intelligence
course in Dam Neck VA. He integrated automated fire support in both gulf wars and across our
nation in every combatant command.
Clement has managed federal government programs that continue to provide the capability to our nation such as the development of a command and control (C2) targeting capability in support of west coast Expeditionary Strike Groups for Expeditionary Warfighting Training Group Pacific (EWTGPAC) and Tactical Training Group Pacific. He also established a C2 capability for Marine Forces Central Command (MARCENT) in Bahrain as the Information and Knowledge Management Officer from 2009-2013. During his time at MARCENT Clement worked with General Olson to implement a joint C2 deployment capability integrating joint, coalition, and partner nations to C2 in multiple environments and mission sets.
2016 Clement received a Master of Science in Management, concentration in Information and
Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University, New York. His thesis was for expertise in location systems for the NASA enterprise. 2008 he received a Master of Science with a concentration in project management. 2006 Clement received a Bachelor of Science and bachelor’s in administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSBA) degree. Both these degrees were at Colorado Technical University, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
